Nurse Supervisor - Value Based Programs* to provide leadership and oversight of the VBP team, including direct supervision of a Supervising Office Specialist. This role uses data analysis to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for quality improvement, translating insights into actionable initiatives that align with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing staff performance, workflow, scheduling, evaluations, and personnel actions, as well as planning and implementing process and project improvements using change management principles. The
Nurse Supervisor ensures that VBP programs meet both current operational needs and long-term strategic objectives, fostering collaboration across clinical and administrative teams to advance high-quality, patient-centered care.
Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: - Develop process improvement recommendations and implement collaboratively, including data analysis and gap identification.
- Interpret data to identify future opportunities while balancing current and long-term goals.
- Apply project and change management skills to plan and execute quality improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide leadership and strategic oversight of the Value Based Program (VBP) and team.
- Directly oversee the Supervising Office Specialist, including evaluations, coaching, and coordination with employee health.
- Assign, review, and evaluate work of assigned staff; prepare and sign performance evaluations; manage hiring, discipline, and termination actions.
- Prepare staff schedules, oversee time and attendance processing, and approve time off requests.
- Review overall team and departmental performance and lead workflow and process improvements.

Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is a state-of-the-art, public/nonprofit,
456-bed, university affiliated teaching hospital licensed by the State of California Department of Public Health and accredited by The Joint Commission. The hospital houses a regional burn center serving four counties (San Bernardino, Riverside, Mono and Inyo), a comprehensive stroke center, level I trauma center and a freestanding in-patient behavioral health center. Minimum RequirementsCandidates must possess
ALL of the following:
LICENSE: Must possess and maintain licensure as a Registered Nurse with the State of California Board of Registered Nursing.
CERTIFICATION : Healthcare Provider level Basic Life Support certification issued by the American Heart Association.
-AND- EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years of full-time experience as a licensed registered nurse in an acute care hospital.
