The Job

Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is seeking a Nurse Supervisor - Value Based Programs* to provide leadership and oversight of the VBP team, including direct supervision of a Supervising Office Specialist. This role uses data analysis to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for quality improvement, translating insights into actionable initiatives that align with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing staff performance, workflow, scheduling, evaluations, and personnel actions, as well as planning and implementing process and project improvements using change management principles. The Nurse Supervisor ensures that VBP programs meet both current operational needs and long-term strategic objectives, fostering collaboration across clinical and administrative teams to advance high-quality, patient-centered care.

ARROWHEAD REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER

Located on a beautiful 70-acre campus in Colton, California (50 miles east of Los Angeles). Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is a state-of-the-art, public/nonprofit, 456-bed, university affiliated teaching hospital licensed by the State of California Department of Public Health and accredited by The Joint Commission. The hospital houses a regional burn center serving four counties (San Bernardino, Riverside, Mono and Inyo), a comprehensive stroke center, level I trauma center and a freestanding in-patient behavioral health center. Additionally, ARMC operates five community-based, primary care clinics and over 40 specialty care outpatient services. ARMC is the primary teaching hospital for the adjacently located California University of Science and Medicine (CUSM), the Inland Empire's newest medical school. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

Pre-Employment Process : Applicants selected for these positions must pass a background investigation, physical, and verification of employment history and education. .

Training: Training will be provided online and administered at an ARMC and/or a County training facility.

Minimum Requirements

Candidates must possess ALL of the following:

LICENSE:
Must possess and maintain licensure as a Registered Nurse with the State of California Board of Registered Nursing.

CERTIFICATION : Healthcare Provider level Basic Life Support certification issued by the American Heart Association.

-AND-

EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years of full-time experience as a licensed registered nurse in an acute care hospital.
