In addition to the current opening, this recruitment may be used to establish a pool of qualified candidates to fill future Senior Human Resource Analyst positions throughout the Department of Natural Resources & Parks (DNRP) over the next six months.

About this Role:

This senior-level position will mainly focus on employee maintenance processes, including all HR-related functions after the hire. This includes administering the Performance Appraisal process, managing employee status changes, and managing data. This position will also conduct full-cycle recruitment as needed, and provide technical advice, recommendations, and determinations on complex and/or sensitive human resource issues.

The Senior HR Analyst will join a collaborative, supportive, and solutions-driven team that values diverse thoughts and experiences. We try to align the HR functions to the organizational strategy and work in tandem with the mission and vision of the Solid Waste Division. You will act as a trusted advisor and partner to key leaders on talent management, exercising significant influence and responsibility within the organization.

Our team of twelve comprises Talent Acquisition, Employee and Labor Relations, Leave Management, and Payroll units. We take pride in being a cohesive unit with strong interpersonal connections and a desire for mutual professional growth.
