Job Location: This position will be located at 930 Wildwood, Jefferson City MO, 65109.

The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay.
- Work with program staff in the development and monitoring of contracts.
- Monitor bureau and contract expenditures for all grant funding streams and provide analysis to program managers.
- Analyze invoices for accuracy and supporting documentation requirements. Ensure invoiced charges are compliant with scope of work and grant deliverables.
- Work closely with internal partners, contractors, providers and vendors to resolve deliverable, invoicing, and other issues.
- Monitor and ensure grant applications, progress reports and budget update timeframes are met.
Minimum Qualifications: - 3-5 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of experience. (Substitutions may be allowed).
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using virtual meeting platforms. Aptitude for learning and utilizing other applications, such as Smartsheet and Trello
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a high level of communication skills.

$49,000.00-$52,000.00 per Year
