Hourly Rate: $41.9790 - $53.5771 (DOQ)

The Grants Administrator performs administrative and analytical duties in the Parks & Public Works Department. The Grant Administrator's key responsibility includes overseeing, coordinating, and managing state and federal transportation, emergency management and other future grants. Currently, Parks & Public Works Department oversees approximately 25 active State, Federal, and Local grants related to the Town's infrastructure projects. Grant writing and administration experience is highly desirable.

This is a part-time (less than 20-hour/week), non-benefitted position to conduct research to administer, coordinate and monitor federal, state, and local grants in accordance with applicable standards, regulations, and guidelines.

Duties include compiling necessary data for grants, collaborating with Sr. Administrative Analyst, departmental program managers, and Finance Department on grant income and grant expenses amounts, and managing system for tracking grant expenditures and receivables.
