In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff and volunteers, and ensure the center remains a welcoming space for individuals of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. Starting Salary: $64,480 - $78,867

The Community Center Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of the community center, ensuring it serves as a vibrant hub for community activities and services. This role involves strategic planning, staff leadership, program development collaboration, and community outreach to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all residents.

Key Responsibilities


Qualifications

Experience: Five years of increasingly responsible experience in community services, recreation management, or a related field is required. At least one year of experience in a supervisory or management role is also required with three years preferred.

Education: A bachelor’s degree in recreation administration, public administration or a related field is required.

Licenses & Certifications: A valid driver's license with favorable driving record is required. Specific certifications and licenses relevant to program area responsibilities may be required.
