Description

We are looking for someone to join our team who has a passion for strengthening the field of crime victim assistance in Missouri. The individual selected for this position will coordinate the development and daily operations of the statewide Crime Victim Advocate Credentialing Program. This position provides an opportunity to support crime victim advocates in reaching their career goals and aspirations through education, training, and field experience.

This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Crime Victim Advocate Credentialing Program (CVACP), including managing user access, creating and uploading training content, tracking learner progress, generating reports, and providing technical support to ensure smooth delivery of online learning programs across the advocacy network; collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and implement effective learning solutions within the CVACP.
