Overview

Larimer County Community Corrections (LCCC), the gold standard for community corrections in Colorado, is seeking an experienced Community Corrections Director to drive innovation, collaboration, and impact.

In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the community corrections program, working with local and state stakeholders to enhance public safety and change lives. If you are a results-driven leader with a deep understanding of the criminal justice system and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!
In May 2023, CJA opened its state-of-the-art all-women’s facility, bringing all women’s programming under one roof. This facility includes 56 work release beds and 120 community corrections beds, providing comprehensive, in-house substance use treatment through specialized programs like Women in Recovery (WINR), Short Term Intensive Residential Remedial Treatment (STIRRT), and a Residential Dual Diagnosis Program.
In partnership with Colorado State University, we integrate a gender-responsive, trauma-informed approach tailored to justice-involved women. As one of only three county-run community corrections programs in Colorado, LCCC offers a vital alternative to incarceration and stands out for:
