POSITION INFORMATION

Placer County is recruiting for the contact position of District Representative. The District 1 Representative provides support to Placer County Board of Supervisors member Bonnie Gore and has primary responsibility for routine constituent communications. This role provides the selected candidate with an expanded opportunity to work with an elected official and gain a breadth of exposure and insight into impactful policy issues. The Representative attends meetings, and interacts with various departments, governmental entities, and other organizations, to obtain information, provide answers, and seek solutions. The role is responsible for monitoring policy issues, reviewing and interpreting policy, and briefing the Supervisor through written and verbal communication.
