Position Description
This position coordinates for Facilities Operations on the Abilene and Dallas campuses. The role includes supervising program staff, managing billing, processing TMA work orders, and overseeing fleet vehicle records. It also supports the Director in budget monitoring, processing invoices, and managing encumbrances for projects. Additional duties include maintaining departmental communication, preparing purchase orders, reconciling purchasing records, and coordinating travel applications for department personnel. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained.

Major/Essential Functions
Ability to organize and maintain detailed accurate records, as it pertains to all functions of the Facilities Operations department. Includes but not limited to, TMA Work Order creation and billing, Vehicle maintenance records, monthly reporting and record keeping and procedures, purchasing using TechBuy and p-card, scheduling and reserving rooms as needed for events. Initiative, flexibility and ability to interact effectively with others are important requirements in this position.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years related experience; OR a combination of education and/or related experience to equal six (6) years.
