Description
Minimum Education and Experience RequirementsA bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Relevant work experience with government entitlement programs and mortgage underwriting experience, loan servicing and intake, credit counseling, banking, and federal program management experience
• *A degree can be substituted with relevant work experience in federal program management, mortgage underwriting experience, loan servicing and intake, credit counseling, banking, and national program management experience.
Preferred Education & Experience• Master’s degree in a related field
• At least three years of direct experience in federal grants management related to HOPWA, HOME, ESG, CDBG, Section 8 Moderate Rehab, underwriting, and fiscal management.
• Supervisory experience

• # Of outstanding monitoring findings (related to responsible programs)
• # Of unresolved complaints (related to responsible programs)
• # Of training conducted for staff and service providers (related to responsible programs)
