You help maintain safety, guide daily routines, and encourage positive development for residents and employees. As a Juvenile Justice Specialist Supervisor, you will perform the following duties:Safety Oversight:Monitor residents and staff to maintain a secure environment and prevent harmful behaviorsDaily Guidance:Direct residents during hygiene, meals, recreation, and treatment activities to support steady routinesBehavior Support:Model positive values and provide direction to encourage responsible decisionsStaff Supervision:Train, observe, and guide subordinate employees to improve care and programmingIncident Response:Intervene in emergencies, resolve complaints, and address disciplinary concerns as neededCommunication Duties:Share updates on resident behavior and environmental conditions to maintain consistency of careInterested in learning more? Eight-hour shifts normally consist of 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM with no duty-free lunch. You will have a 5-day work week with 2 regular days off. Your schedule may change based on operational needs.Overtime: As needed, with both voluntary and potentially mandatory options.You must be willing to accept employment at North Central Secure Treatment Unit and commute to this location in Danville PA, Montour County.Telework:You will not have the option to telework in this position.Salary:Selected candidates who are new to employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $63,093.00 (before taxes).You will receive further communication regarding this position via email.
