Essential Functions of the Job:

• Monitor access to the facilities through ID verification and remote entry at the gate.
• Troubleshoot errors at the entry gate.
• Report any gate entry system issues to the Supervisor on Duty or General Manager
• Manually open the main gate for residents in a prompt manner, as needed.
• Assist with Opening and Closing duties
• Assist and monitor all reservations, setup & tear down as needed.
• Keep surrounding areas free from debris and trash
• Provide strong customer service and greet residents in a friendly, professional manner
• All other reasonable assignments given by the on-site management team and your supervisor

Qualifications

• Able to take direction and follow policies and procedures
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule - weekends included
• Integrity and professionalism.
• Strong work ethic and stable work history.

Pay: $15.00/hour
