Management And Program Analyst

The selectee will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Office of the Director, Office of Equal Employment Opportunity and Conflict Resolution. Typical work assignments include:

  • Leading high-level analytical efforts to diagnose organizational challenges, evaluating program impacts, and recommending evidence-based policy and operational reforms; serving as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) leading the development of acquisition planning strategies and contractor oversight protocols to ensure programmatic success.
  • Exercising full supervisory authority over a multidisciplinary staff engaged in program analysis, policy research, administrative operations, communications, and compliance monitoring; planning, directing, and evaluating the work of subordinates to ensure alignment with strategic goals and adherence to agency policies and performance standards.
  • Monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness by establishing performance metrics, conducting risk assessments, and analyzing outcome-based indicators to ensure responsiveness, timeliness, and compliance; delivering authoritative recommendations to senior leadership on operational issues, policy gaps, and performance risks, using data-informed insights to drive innovation and accountability.
  • Serving as a principal advisor and strategic leader in the Office of Equal Employment Opportunity and Conflict Resolution, overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of critical agency-wide EEO and conflict resolution initiatives.
