Summary

Supervisory Program AnalystDuties included but not limited to the following:This position directly supervises a group of employees performing work at the GS-7, and GS-9 level, providing administrative and technical supervision necessary for accomplishing the work of the unit.Develops guidelines, instructional methods, materials, etc., and new or improved applications of educational technology to training programs.Provides guidance to operating programs in establishing their internal training programs, developing, or obtaining training aids, and selecting pertinent government and non-government training resources.
