Summary

Everforth ECS Federal is seeking aSenior AcquisitionAnalystto provideacquisitionand programmatic support to Government personnel in planning, developing, executing, and managingacquisitionactions in support of Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS). The individual supports the fullacquisitionlifecycle to ensure procurements are compliant, well-documented, and aligned with cost, schedule, performance, and trainingobjectives.Responsibilities include supporting development, review, and coordination ofacquisitiondocumentation such as Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), market research documentation,acquisitionstrategies, and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs). TheAcquisitionAnalystsupports preparation and staffing of requirements packages, tracks contract actions and modifications, and coordinates with contracting offices and technical teams.Additionalduties include supporting technical, management, and cost proposal evaluationsin accordance withestablished evaluation criteria;assistingwith funding documentation andacquisitionmilestones; tracking contract deliverables and performance metrics; and preparingacquisition-related reports and briefings.
