Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Acquisition Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $125,000 to $140,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and conduct financial analyses for potential acquisition and development projects, evaluating various investment and return scenarios.
- Develop and present business models, including risk assessments, pro forma models, and operational forecasts, for acquisition team review.
- Collaborate with consultants, brokers, and asset management teams to determine and refine key underwriting assumptions.
- Conduct and interpret comprehensive market research, analyzing competitive trends, rental comps, and other key factors to support investment decisions.
- Prepare and deliver investment deal summary reports, marketing materials, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
- A college degree or equivalent experience, with a preferred focus on business or finance.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in financial analysis, including Excel and real estate modeling applications.
- Apply experience in preparing investment models and justifications for strategic decision-making.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks independently while meeting changing deadlines and priorities.
- Apply strong analytical and financial modeling skills to assess investment opportunities.
- Communicate effectively through clear written and verbal presentations, ensuring strategic impact.
- Work independently while contributing as a key team member in acquisitions and finance.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and ownership of work.
- Maintain integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic in managing investment evaluations.
