Summary
Head Of Private Client Services
This role leads Private Client Services and exists to make service excellence consistent. You own the accountability system across the Client Relationships and Flight Strategy teams: the standards, metrics, coaching, hiring, and performance conversations that hold the bar for quality in place. Success looks like a team with clear expectations, a fast ramp for new hires, and a consistently high standard of client work every day.
This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is located in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. It is a full-time, exempt employment type with benefits including 401(k) matching, health insurance, and PTO.
The role involves performance & accountability, coaching & development, hiring & capacity planning, operating cadence & quality controls, partnership with practice leads, and executive partnership.
Candidates should have 7+ years directly managing client-facing teams, experience leading senior individual contributors, built on 10+ years in private aviation, wealth management, luxury hospitality, or a comparable client-advisory environment. A track record of running a real performance system, a genuine passion for developing people, credibility to lead experts, excellent communication skills, direct experience operating in a remote, high-trust, and fast-paced environment, and Salesforce or comparable CRM proficiency are required.
We are the largest strategic advisory practice in private aviation. We've advised on over $5 billion in private aviation transactions and support more than 30,000 client flights annually, putting that depth of data and experience to work for every client we serve. This role is technical, the autonomy is real, and the work matters. We save clients meaningful money and meaningful aggravation, and we're held to a high standard because of it. No commissions, no quotas, no games. If you want to build and hold the standard for the team that defines our firm, this is the seat for you.
We offer a competitive salary based on experience and geographic location. This role is eligible for a performance bonus. Benefits include 401(k) matching with automatic vesting, medical and dental insurance, and paid time off.
Because we operate seven days a week, this role involves occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday availability for escalations and team coverage. Schedule flexibility is a must.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods, communicate verbally and in writing, and use office equipment such as a computer, keyboard, and telephone. The employee must also be able to maintain focus and concentration in a home or office environment with minimal interruptions.
The job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.
