Summary

Program Security Representative (PSR)

This position requires ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with a minimum Secret clearance to start. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at the Lockheed Martin Space site in King of Prussia, PA. As a PSR, you will have the opportunity to work on multiple classified programs, supporting a variety of missions and customers worldwide. You will play a key role in contributing to the production and operations of DoD space-based assets and programs, helping to drive success across our critical mission areas. The selected candidate will perform PSR duties for multiple collateral programs, integrating the full suite of security functions, to include personnel, physical, technical, policy guidance, research, and classification management, per the 32 Code of Federal Registry Rule 117, National Industrial Security Program, Operating Manual (NISPOM) and contractual and customer requirements, as applicable. You will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our programs, working closely with our team to identify and mitigate potential risks. Candidate must be self-motivated, mission-oriented, and an effective multi-tasker. Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills will be required to operate in this exciting and fast-paced environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with a minimum Secret clearance to start
  • Previous experience in security or a compliance-related field
  • Knowledge of 32 CFR 117, NISPOM

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with DISS, NISS, SIMS, and Access Control Systems
  • Working knowledge of DD254s
  • Industrial Security Experience
  • Experience interfacing with both internal and external customers

Pay Information:

Full-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
