Calls include, accidents, moving various equipment, flat tires, trespass tows, etc.Dispatch drivers to their destinations efficientlyPrioritize calls dispatched to the driversKnowledge of function and capacity of all equipment dispatchedAbility to adapt to change, work under stressful conditions, and a fast paced environmentProvide appropriate estimated and time of arrivalsMaintain effective working relationships with co-workers and the general publicAnswering multiple phones linesAbility to defuse a stressful situationQualifications Proven experience in towing dispatchingExcellent customer service skillsStrongly skilled in organization and attention to detailStrong multi-tasking abilityExcellent attention to detailExcellent communication skillsBasic computer skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
