Federal Government Budget Analyst IOld Harbor Solutions is looking for a Federal Government Budget Analyst I to join our team to support our customer in Cincinnati, OH.Responsibilities:• Provide budget support to our federal client• Mastery of principles, practices, and procedures related to all aspects of the Federal budget cycle, including providing guidance to program managers in the development of budget requests and related documentation, and exercising budget controls through review and tracking of the obligation and costing of fundsRequirements:US CitizenshipFive (5) years directly performing duties as a Budget Technician or Budget AnalystExperience in budgeting and finance systems comparable to the governmentFederal Government experience, preferably with Department of Energy or Environmental ManagementMicrosoft Office (including but not limited to Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)Effective writing and communication skills to prepare reports and summaries.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldPosition located in Cincinnati, OH
