Description The Superintendent - Leading Houston GC - Tilt Wall will be responsible for: Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout Manage subcontractors, field staff, and daily site operations Drive schedule performance and coordinate trade sequencing Ensure work meets plans, specs, and quality standards Enforce jobsite safety and OSHA compliance Serve as primary on-site point of contact for owners and stakeholders Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and project communication Support punch list, inspections, and project closeout Profile The Superintendent - Leading Houston GC - Tilt Wall should have: 3-5+ years of experience as a Superintendent w/ General Contractor Experience working on large scale ground up Tilt Wall projects required (10M+) Excellent communication skills OSHA certification and construction software knowledge is a plus Job Offer Highly Competitive Base Salary - $100,000-160,000+ Company bonuses Vehicle/Vehicle allowance w/ gas card Cell and laptop Excellent benefits - health, medical, vision, dental, PTO and sick days, 401k plan and Retirement Match/Plans MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
