CGS is seeking a skilled Staff Officer (SO) – SME to support mission-critical operations for a federal client. Skills and attributes for success:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, coordinating initiatives, managing priorities, and facilitating executive decision support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.
- Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives.
- Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications: Minimum of recognized subject matter expert with exceptional expertise and leadership in the field. Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
