Summary

To support data security initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Data Loss Prevention Analyst will lead investigations into data loss incidents, design and tune DLP policies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate insider risks.Key responsibilities:Lead complex data loss investigations from alert to closure, focusing on potential insider risksDesign, build, and tune DLP policies and detection rules in Microsoft PurviewCollaborate with Legal, HR, Compliance, and Privacy on investigations and prepare findings for diverse audiencesRequired qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field with 6 years of experience; or Master's Degree with 5 years; or PhD with no experienceExperience in information security, particularly in data loss prevention or insider riskHands-on experience with Microsoft Purview DLP and Insider Risk ManagementDemonstrated proficiency in Splunk for security investigationsStrong understanding of data classification and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, PCI-DSS)
