Working remotely, the full-time Federal Markets Instructional Designer will lead program design, data collection, and oversee the development of learning content while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and quality standards.Key responsibilitiesLead program design, data collection, and assembly of initial classes and evaluationsDetermine best practices, base requirements, and oversee content development by various learning content developersSupport trainers and instructional designers throughout the implementation of programsRequired qualificationsBachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field and five years of experience in instructional design, or a High School Diploma/GED with 11+ years of experience in lieu of a degreeThree years of experience designing and developing e-learning and instructor-led training (ILT)Two years of experience designing and developing learning content for the federal governmentFive years of experience leading varied scope projects across functional teamsMust be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a Government background check for a position of T3 Public Trust
