Notes to Candidate:

The ICS II will assist the ICS III in overseeing the staff at their assigned substation. The ICS II will provide customer service to all officers, assist in maintaining daily, weekly and monthly inventories physical counts by electronic means. Maintain supply levels and re-ordering them as needed. Assist the ICS III in working with the Vehicle Coordinator in regards to Fleet Inventory. Communicate with the Service Centers, Wireless Fuel, & ARC as necessary.

PCO personnel are considered essential so it is critical senior leadership is available at each substation.

* This is a 6 month temporary position. We are looking to fill 2 positions. One will report to our South Substation and the other will report to our North Substation.

Schedule:

4:30am-3:00pm, Monday-Thursday, First week of training.

10:30 am - 9:00 pm, Wednesday-Saturday, Second week of training.

Permanent schedule will be determined during the second week of training.

Payrate:

$22.05hr

Must pass a Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) fingerprint-based background check and maintain CJIS eligibility. Travel:
If you are selected for this position and meet the Driver Safety Standards in the City of Austin Driver Safety Program, you may drive when necessary to multiple locations as part of your regular job duties. Otherwise, you are responsible for getting to and from these locations.
