Job Summary:

Provides strategic leadership and oversight for operations across the Water Treatment Plant, Water Reclamation Facility, and Water Quality Services Group, ensuring optimal performance, regulatory compliance, and alignment between technical programs with organizational objectives. Leads the development and execution of strategies to maintain compliance with current water and wastewater regulations while proactively preparing for future requirements. Administers data-driven process improvements, guides capital planning, and fosters innovation through close collaboration with internal teams and state regulatory agencies.

This is an exempt position with a salary range of $132,699.42 - $192,414,35 annually and a hiring range of $132,699.42 - $162,556.88, depending on qualifications and experience. This opportunity will be available to applicants until Friday June 12, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. M.S.T.
