Position DescriptionPerforms advanced, specialized work to assist in the organization and implementation of various projects and programs. Work is performed under minimal supervision within established policies with latitude for independent judgment. Works on special projects as assigned. May substitute for supervisor during his/her absence.
Major/Essential Functions- Act as the primary resource for staff and management regarding operational questions, patient inquiries, and procedural concerns.
- Provide real-time guidance and troubleshooting support to ensure smooth call center operations.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires, ensuring that they understand all processes, systems, and best practices.
- Offer ongoing support and mentorship throughout their onboarding period.
- Serve as a coach and mentor to both new and existing staff members.
- Work with PSS Supervisor to offer feedback and guidance to improve team performance and address any knowledge gaps.
- Provide continued training on new processes, technologies, and patient service protocols.
- Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for process improvements, optimize workflows, and implement best practices to enhance overall efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Handle escalated patient issues and complex inquiries, using strong problem-solving skills to resolve concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Required QualificationsHigh school plus six years experience in related field. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.
